First I made moulds with silicon (red) and latex (orange/brown)
Here you can see the wooden base, the 2-5 mm layer of plaster and the glued tower pinnacles.
Next was to test the latex moulds
You can saw the casted plaster
The doors werde made with polystyrol and coffee spoon’s from Mc Donalds
Four segments, but still not easy to transport.
