On March 2006, the 12./13. we attended in Duesseldorf the
Dungeonbowl 2006
70 Coaches from UK, Austria and Germany attended the nice tournament in the Drakenburg - the gaming hall located at the german Games Workshop HQ
Every coach got a special “Dungeonbowl”-Mug.

Christian from Austria started with FanFactor 9, which provides him 2 extra Rerolls. The Gays fighted hard, but the Necros managed the second TD.

Round 1
|
The Lizards turned out to be really bad Kickers, 2x Touchback, Tobias gave the ball to his Mino. The Mino was both times brought down by ma little Power-Skinks, but the Touchdowns could not be avoided.

Again an Austrian coach. Against Skaven it was a very dynamic game. They made not enough CAS, so the Gays could manage 4 TD’s.

Round 2
|
Easy to win against Franks Orcs; he had not played much BB so far. Instead of me scoring each second turn he rather got a lesson of the game ;-)

Even though the Gays lost 1 Wardancer in Turn4, they carried the ball into the endzone 4 times.

Round 3
|
Denis Skavens took revenge on my Lizzis for their defeat of the game before... last turn there were exactly 2 Sauruses left to beat up his line. Nothing else than a Double Skull could be rolled. First game without weather; 5 of our 6 KOEs were lucky 7.

My most thrilling game against “Lycos” from UK. He had 2 Dirty Players making 7 CAS (5 Fouls). The Gays were happy to achieve the draw.

Round 4
|
Frank had some unlucky dice with him. My Highlight of the tournament was my Skink who picked up the ball in 3 tackle zones (after stunty dodging in), dodged out and went to Touchdown in the following turn.

Rubens was so lucky! The Gays fighted hard against 4 Guarders and the wardancer tried several times with fantastic actions to push the ball out of the cage. But everytime a stupid Orc catched the scattered ball.

Round 5
|
Just getting Daniels War Dancers off the pitch did not help. Wood Elves are still quick enough to score.

|
“Butcher” made 5 CAS, but even 3 Woodelves on the pitch can make a TD.
|
Round 6
|
The Gomeros seemed exhausted - Christians result shows all.
